CES 2025 Event Ticket Purchase Policy
Thank you for your interest in attending CES 2025, one of the premier global technology events. Please review the following policy regarding ticket purchases:
- No Refunds: All ticket purchases for CES 2025 are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to changes in plans, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend the event.
- All Sales Final: All sales of CES 2025 tickets are final. There will be no exceptions to this policy, and tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
- Transferability: Tickets purchased for CES 2025 are not transferable to another individual or entity. Each ticket is valid only for the individual whose name appears on the ticket at the time of purchase.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets: CES 2025 event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please safeguard your ticket and treat it as you would any other valuable item.
- Event Changes: CES 2025 event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, venue, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or exchanges.
- Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events, CES 2025 event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event as necessary. In such cases, ticket holders will not be entitled to refunds.
- Liability: CES 2025 event organizers are not liable for any expenses incurred by ticket holders in connection with attending the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

The purchase of digital products, including Promo Codes, PDF downloads, and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchasing intangible products, promo codes, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through the Stripe payment gateway using SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after email delivery, download, or opening, and all purchases made on www.cespass.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy. We provide a 100% money-back guarantee our promo codes and admission services are true and valid. For proof of denials, we will process a refund minus $5.
Cancellations for paid registrations received in writing through December 13, 2024, are refundable, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made or received after December 13, 2024. You are still responsible for payment if you do not cancel by December 14, 2024, and do not attend the event. CESpass.com reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.
